Job Summary: We are seeking a Freelance Key Account Manager to manage key accounts, coordinate services, ensure compliance with standards, and achieve commercial goals. Key Highlights: 1. Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. At DCS, we are currently looking for a Freelance Key Account Manager to work on a project basis. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by coordinating service execution across multiple jurisdictions. Manage operations to ensure proper processing of offered services. Ensure adherence to timelines, procedures, and quality standards, contributing to continuous improvement. Achieve assigned commercial targets and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Functions Account strategy management: develop action plans aligned with customer and organizational objectives. Long-term relationship building: establish and maintain trust-based relationships with key customers. Opportunity identification: upsell and cross-sell additional products/services. Internal coordination: serve as the central liaison between customers and internal departments (marketing, sales, service). Analysis and reporting: prepare profitability, satisfaction, and key performance metric reports. Representation and support: act as the primary point of contact and support for the customer. Analytical capability and data-driven decision making. Education and Experience Technical or university degree in finance, sales, or business administration. Complementary commercial courses (ideal).
