Ensure adherence to timelines, procedures, and quality standards, contributing to continuous improvement. Achieve assigned commercial targets and maintain strong client relationships. Key Functions Strategic account management: develop action plans aligned with client and organizational objectives. Long-term relationship building: establish and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients. Opportunity identification: upsell and cross-sell additional products/services. Internal coordination: serve as the central liaison between the client and internal departments (marketing, sales, service). Analysis and reporting: prepare profitability, satisfaction, and key performance metric reports. Representation and support: act as the primary point of contact and support for the client.
