We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager for a leading telecommunications company based in Santiago. **About the Challenge** You will manage and strengthen relationships with strategic clients, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives and fostering long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing account-specific commercial plans and strategies to ensure achievement of business objectives. * Negotiating shelf space, promotions, and product visibility in retail channels, strengthening brand presence at the point of sale. * Coordinating activities with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Advertising teams to ensure effective commercial execution. * Managing inventory, product mix, and in-store execution, ensuring product availability and turnover. * Analyzing sales data, KPIs, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making. * Preparing performance reports and commercial forecasts, providing visibility into results and opportunities. * Conducting regular meetings with strategic clients to reinforce long-term commercial relationships. **What We Would Love to See in You** * A degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales or key account management. * Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory) * Proven experience in negotiation and management of strategic clients is highly valued. * Strong analytical skills and experience managing commercial metrics. **What We Offer** * Hybrid work model * Competitive compensation package with associated benefits. * Professional growth and career development opportunities.
