




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join a logistics team, handling Active Directory, Windows, equipment formatting, and PC configuration. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for videoconferencing in a logistics environment Our client, a major logistics company located in San Antonio, is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team starting the first week of November. · Requirements: - Reside in San Antonio or its surrounding areas - Availability to work rotating shifts · Skills and Knowledge: - Active Directory knowledge - Windows knowledge across all versions - Equipment formatting - PC, printer, and other device configuration - Videoconferencing · Experience: - 1 to 2 years of experience as a Support Technician. - Technical or higher education in computing or related fields · Conditions 100% on-site work in San Antonio, Valparaíso. Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00 / from 08:00 to 18:00 / from 16:00 to 00:00 / from 00:00 to 08:00. Sundays are voluntary (paid as a bonus) and typically remote. One Saturday per month from 09:00 to 14:00. Meal break provided onsite. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 3 months (1 and 2 months), then indefinite. Salary: First and second contracts $630,000; indefinite contract $670,000.
