Therefore, we are now launching a search for our **Innovation Manager**, a pivotal role that will serve as the central orchestrator of our strategy—connecting departments, people, startups, solutions, and learnings so that innovation flows coherently and delivers tangible impact. What will this person do? * Activate and strengthen the innovation culture by training, inspiring, and mobilizing teams. * Manage and provide visibility into the innovation portfolio, documenting success stories and metrics to support decision-making. * Support pilot initiatives, monitor progress, capture learnings, and facilitate scaling of validated solutions. * Engage with the ecosystem: startups, universities, suppliers, and key stakeholders who complement our challenges. * Serve as a methodological catalyst—helping advance, structure, and accelerate real initiatives across the entire company.
