The Process Quality team within the Submanagement of Personal Accounts and AFP Habitat Processes is seeking a Project Engineer. We are looking for professionals with strong analytical capabilities, a focus on continuous improvement and project management, who can contribute to the transformation and optimization of company processes.
**Job Mission**
Responsible for implementing process transformation and projects across the company, analyzing and designing end-to-end models that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and outcomes for customers and the organization.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Lead, coordinate, and implement regulatory and non-regulatory projects, ensuring an integrated view of processes.
* Analyze and diagnose processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives through trend analysis and process optimization.
* Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to support process redesign and decision-making.
* Coordinate the implementation of new processes, supporting training, monitoring, and control of initiatives.
* Prepare necessary documentation to support projects, improvements, and decisions adopted.
**Requirements**
* Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement or project implementation areas.
* Knowledge of project management.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Familiarity with Lean, Scrum, and BPMN modeling methodologies is desirable.
* Proficiency in SQL and programming knowledge (Python, Java, C\#, R or others) is desirable.
