Junior Analyst – Graphic Designer We are looking for a Graphic Designer to serve as a Junior Analyst at a major banking-sector client, focused on Internal Communications. Job Objective Design and execute internal communication materials, supporting organizational campaigns and strategic projects, ensuring visual consistency and effectiveness in message delivery. Main Responsibilities Design of graphic pieces for internal channels (email newsletters, intranet, digital campaigns, and physical materials). Support in internal communication campaigns and organizational positioning. Writing and adaptation of content for various channels. Management and dispatch of internal email campaigns. Ensuring consistency with corporate visual identity. Collaborative work with internal departments for project implementation. Support for corporate portals and institutional communications. Requirements Degree in Graphic Design or related field. Minimum 1 year of design experience (ideally in internal communications or marketing). Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience in multichannel digital design. Desirable experience in email newsletters and intranet. Strong writing skills. Organized, creative profile with attention to detail.
