Job Summary: We are seeking a GCP Data Engineer to design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and manage large volumes of data. Key Highlights: 1. Design and deployment of batch and streaming data pipelines on GCP. 2. Management and integration of large volumes of data in BigQuery. 3. Building and managing DAGs in Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer). We are seeking a GCP Data Engineer Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy batch and streaming data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem technologies. Manage and integrate large volumes of data in BigQuery, ensuring data quality, efficient modeling, and optimization of costs and performance. Build and manage DAGs in Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer) for data process orchestration and workflow automation. Implement solutions using GCP services such as Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Workflows, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions. Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot incidents and bottlenecks in pipelines, queries, and data architectures. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Advanced Python and SQL (Standard SQL for BigQuery). Experience with Google BigQuery: query optimization, data modeling, partitioning, and clustering. Experience with Dataflow (Apache Beam) and/or Dataproc (Apache Spark, Hadoop). Experience with Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow) and Cloud Workflows. Knowledge of Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, IAM, Cloud Logging, and monitoring. Desirable experience with CI/CD, Git, and Terraform. Desirable Google Cloud certification (e.g., Professional Data Engineer). We Offer: Fixed-term contract initially for 6 months, with possibility of extension and subsequent indefinite-term employment.
