Our client, a technology leader, is looking for a Full-Stack Control Plane Engineer to design the platform connecting detection, response, and traceability in incident management. Join the team redefining security in the AI era! Responsibilities Develop secure APIs to manage incidents, evidence, actions, approvals, and audits. Configure authentication and authorization (OIDC, RBAC/ABAC), ensuring separation of duties. Define the complete incident state lifecycle: from detection to closure. Ensure traceability and auditability via secure, immutable logs (append-only, request IDs, idempotency). Build a basic React interface to visualize incidents, approvals, evidence, and states. Apply operational limits such as usage control (rate limits, quotas) and prepare for multi-user environments. Integrate system events and ensure stable contracts for other components and action engines. Position Details Location: Santiago, Chile Work Mode: On-site Language: Spanish + Technical English Compensation: Competitive, market-aligned Mandatory Requirements 2+ years developing secure APIs in production environments. Experience implementing OIDC/OAuth2 and access control (RBAC/ABAC). Knowledge of auditing and traceability (structured logs, append-only). Ability to build functional interfaces in React or similar frameworks. Experience with idempotency and event-driven systems or queues. Use of AI tools or models in real-world projects. Primary Tech Stack: Tool-calling, RAG, eval harness, CI/CD, APIs, Backend (Go/Java/Kotlin/TS), OIDC, RBAC/ABAC, Postgres, Event bus, React.
