




Job Summary: We are seeking Field Technical Support personnel for POS equipment, responsible for installation, maintenance, repair, and customer service, ensuring contractual obligations are met. Work under a rotating shift system For one of our clients — a leader in the information technology sector — we require Field Technical Support personnel for POS (Point of Sale) equipment in the Metropolitan Region, Santiago. Requirements: Residence in Santiago. Soft skills in customer service and client handling. Basic knowledge of microcomputing. Desirable experience with Point of Sale (POS) equipment — (training will be provided). Fieldwork experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide service to customers maintaining service contracts with the organization. Handle installation, maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement as stipulated in active contracts. Serve regional customers within SLA-defined timeframes. Deliver service slips for Caja Vecina, TBK, Getnet, etc. Escalate offline situations. Maintain optimal communication with customers. Attend all workshops, inductions, or courses delivered for job performance and mandatory for certification. And any other duties the employer may assign, related to this position. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work modality: Field-based Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 44 weekly hours under a rotating 5x2 shift system, scheduled as follows: -Monday to Thursday (Saturday and Sunday) Shift 1: 09:00–19:00, with a 1-hour non-deductible lunch break Shift 2: 10:00–20:00, with a 1-hour non-deductible lunch break Shift 3: 10:30–20:30, with a 1-hour non-deductible lunch break Shift 4: 11:00–21:00, with a 1-hour non-deductible lunch break Shift 5: 11:30–21:30, with a 1-hour non-deductible lunch break -Friday Shift 1: 09:00–18:00, with a 1-hour non-deductible lunch break Shift 2: 10:00–19:00, with a 1-hour non-deductible lunch break Shift 3: 10:30–19:30, with a 1-hour non-deductible lunch break Shift 4: 11:00–20:00, with a 1-hour non-deductible lunch break Shift 5: 11:30–20:30, with a 1-hour non-deductible lunch break Compensation: Approx.
