To manage the full sales cycle across both business lines — from prospecting and identifying sales opportunities to closing deals and ensuring comprehensive customer retention. Key Responsibilities -Conduct active prospecting and on-site visits to potential clients for both business lines. -Provide direct, consultative guidance, adapting messaging depending on whether software or packaging solutions are being offered. -Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities between clients of both divisions. -Plan and structure weekly on-site visit routes to optimize time efficiency. -Daily updating of commercial activities in the CRM/ERP system. -Manage unexpected situations and analytically resolve operational issues faced by clients. -Follow up on submitted commercial proposals and report performance indicators (KPIs) to the Sales Manager. -Close sales to ensure achievement of established quotas and targets for the holding company. Requirements - Completed Technical Higher Education. - Proven experience in field sales. - Prior experience selling in technology (software) or packaging/industrial sectors (preferred). - Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel. - Ability to quickly learn industrial and technological technical specifications.
