Role Mission We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a Digital Channels team, actively participating in the design, development, and evolution of end-to-end digital solutions. This role has direct impact on critical applications, ensuring quality, scalability, and an excellent user experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain both frontend and backend functionalities. Design, implement, and consume REST APIs under microservice architectures. Collaborate closely with UX/UI, backend, and technical stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions. Apply sound development practices, testing, version control, and code review. Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, refinement, retrospectives). Contribute to continuous improvement of the product and development process. Mandatory Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (Semi-Senior level) or 5+ years (Senior level). Solid frontend development experience with frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar. Backend development experience with Node.js, Java, or Go. Knowledge and experience with REST APIs and microservice architecture. Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitFlow or others). Basic/intermediate experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working with relational and non-relational databases. Desired Knowledge Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or others). Knowledge of Kubernetes. Previous experience in banking, financial retail, or digital channels. TDD practices and automated testing.
