About the Role C&S is seeking a Connectivity and Network Engineer with conversational English proficiency to manage the technical and operational relationship with global hyperscaler customers. This position is critical to ensuring contractual SLA compliance, proper management of critical incidents, and operational excellence, minimizing risks and penalties associated with high-demand contracts. Location: Huechuraba, Santiago de Chile Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00. Work Mode: On-site. On-call Duties: On-call duties required; compensated either as overtime hours or optionally compensated with time off. Key Responsibilities Manage customer technical requests and incidents, prioritizing and ensuring timely and effective resolution. Serve as the technical liaison between the customer and Cirion’s internal teams. Understand the customer’s business needs and propose appropriate technical solutions. Coordinate changes, maintenance activities, and escalation of critical incidents. Identify critical issues and ensure proper communication and follow-up. Prepare and distribute operational and technical reports when required. Guarantee quality and continuity of technological solutions. Provide advisory support on implementation, operation, and usage of adopted solutions. Profile Requirements Bachelor’s or Technical Professional degree. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in Datacenter operations. General knowledge of Datacenter infrastructure: Power, cooling, networking, servers, storage. Experience managing enterprise or global customers. Ability to lead and coordinate work teams.
