Experience in sales or customer service RETAIL SUPPORT STAFF (BEAUTY DEPARTMENT / CONSULTANT COVERAGE) At Trayectoria EST, we are looking for new talents to work as Sales Support Staff (consultant coverage) in a major retail chain. What does this role involve? This role involves covering consultants' days off across various store locations, supporting customer service and achievement of sales targets. Conditions: Compensation: $22,000 net per working day (Monday to Saturday) $32,000 net per Sunday (includes bonus) Additional bonus: $4,000 net per day upon meeting target (applies Monday to Saturday) Mall working hours: 10:00–20:00 or 10:30–20:30 Work schedule: Flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off Higher coverage required between Saturday and Wednesday Available store locations: Falabella Alto Las Condes Falabella Parque Arauco Paris Parque Arauco Ripley Costanera Paris Costanera Falabella Plaza Oeste Paris San Bernardo Centro Required Profile: Experience in sales or customer service Preferably experience in retail or the beauty industry Proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Technical education years of experience Keywords: consultant, consultor
