




Job Summary: Responsible for the commercial management of technology solution projects, from prospecting through to deal closure and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective Responsible for the commercial management of GSN’s technology solution projects, including prospecting new clients, gathering technical and commercial requirements, preparing proposals, and closing deals—ensuring achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the target market. - Manage current and potential customer portfolios. - Gather technical and commercial requirements jointly with customers. - Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, operations) to prepare proposals. - Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations and tenders. - Negotiate commercial terms and close sales. - Conduct post-sales follow-up and customer retention activities. - Maintain updated sales pipeline and management reports. Requirements - Education: Technical or Engineering degree in commercial fields, telecommunications, electronics, computer science, or related disciplines. - Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (preferably in technology projects or electronic security). - Knowledge of electronic security, networking, or IT solutions. - Skills: results-oriented, effective communication, negotiation, proactivity. Working Conditions - Contract type: Fixed-term contract for 3 months. - Working hours: Full time. - Remuneration: Base salary + sales commissions.
