At Progesys, specialists in recruitment and personnel selection, we are currently seeking Warehouse Pickers for a major food industry company located in Quilicura. Position Objective To prepare and consolidate orders of food products, ensuring accurate selection, handling, and dispatch of goods while complying with the company's established quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards. Main Responsibilities Perform product picking according to work orders. Verify product codes, quantities, and condition. Support receiving, storage, and restocking of goods. Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. Participate in inventory counts and stock audits. Comply with food safety and occupational safety regulations. Properly use equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements Completed secondary education. Prior experience in warehouses, distribution centers, or the food industry is desirable. Availability to work in refrigerated environments. Availability to work in Quilicura. Conditions Approximate net monthly salary: $599,000. Base salary: $539,000 net. Cold environment allowance: $60,000. Fixed afternoon shift schedule Monday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Tuesday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Work Location Quilicura, San Martín area.
