Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Lead / Tech Lead to lead the design and development of AI-based solutions, with a focus on AI agents and their integration into technological ecosystems. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the design and development of AI solutions in insurance. 2. Build AI agents and maintain RAG infrastructure. 3. Serve as the technical AI reference for the Systems Management team. To join our team at a renowned multinational insurance company, we seek an AI Lead / Tech Lead to lead the design and development of artificial intelligence-based solutions, focusing on building AI agents and integrating them into technological ecosystems. What will you do in this role? Design and build AI agents for the software development pipeline: requirement evaluation, technical specification, code generation, and CI/CD deployment Implement and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) infrastructure connected to the company's knowledge repository (Confluence, Jira) Define integration patterns between AI agents and ecosystem tools Serve as the technical AI reference for the entire Systems Management team Collaborate with the AI Product Owner on defining AI governance standards and regulatory traceability (CMF, Law 21.719) Lead knowledge transfer to the internal profile who will assume the role starting from month 10 Profile and Competencies Mandatory: Proven experience building AI agents or LLMs in production. Strong expertise in RAG architecture and language model integration. Ability to integrate with REST APIs and development/versioning tools, CI/CD, and project management systems. Technical leadership and mentoring skills. Desirable: Experience in the financial or insurance sector. Knowledge of OFC regulation or similar compliance frameworks. Experience in knowledge transfer and internalization processes.
