At Progesys, a recruitment and selection specialist company, we are supporting a leading company dedicated to marketing agricultural and construction products and services in its search for a Sales Account Manager in La Ligua. Position Objective Responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of strategic customers and major accounts, as well as coordinating and providing functional support to the branch’s field sales team. Main Responsibilities Manage, develop, and retain a portfolio of strategic customers and major accounts in the field. Participate in the entire sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and after-sales. Provide technical and commercial advisory to customers. Develop and implement business plans by product families, coordinated with strategic suppliers. Coordinate commercial and marketing initiatives aimed at improving sales and margins. Conduct ongoing follow-up with customers and ensure proper after-sales service and retention. Coordinate the daily management of the branch’s field sales executives. Drive achievement of individual and team goals. Consolidate and review the team’s sales reports. Monitor commercial indicators, goals, and budgets. Participate in commercial planning and follow-up meetings. Position Requirements Technical or professional education aligned with the position (desirable). Minimum 2 years of field sales experience. Experience with major accounts and/or coordination of commercial teams is desirable. Knowledge of sales processes, customer service, and retention. Ability to handle commercial reports. Proficient Excel user (mandatory) and basic computer tool proficiency. Residence in La Ligua or surrounding areas. Conditions Fixed-term contract, indefinite contract subject to performance. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:15 hrs, including one hour for lunch; Saturday, 09:00–12:45 hrs. Market-aligned remuneration. On-site work mode (field activities as required).
