The role will focus on planning, quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement of development processes. Key Responsibilities * Lead the delivery of software projects and products. * Coordinate development, QA, DevOps, and product teams. * Define priorities, schedules, and key deliverables. * Monitor quality, progress, risks, and dependencies. * Manage resources and capacity of technical teams. * Coordinate technology vendors and partners. * Monitor delivery, quality, and productivity KPIs. * Facilitate planning, follow-up meetings, and reviews. * Manage changes and resolve blockers during projects. * Promote Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and best development practices. * Prepare executive reports for stakeholders and management. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computing, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in software delivery, project management, or engineering management. * Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams. * Knowledge of software development, cloud, APIs, and CI/CD. * Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies. * Proficiency with project management and reporting tools. * Ability to manage priorities, resources, and timelines. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Strategic, organized, autonomous, and results-oriented profile. * Advanced English proficiency.
