Purpose of the position: To facilitate correct application of the agile framework, ensuring execution of ceremonies, tracking of commitments, and removal of impediments, while fostering autonomous, aligned teams operating at a sustainable cadence. Key responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective). Remove impediments affecting team performance. Ensure correct use of boards and tracking in Azure DevOps. Monitor agile metrics and team performance. Prepare progress and tracking reports. Promote continuous improvement and agile best practices. Support teams in adopting the Scrum framework. Requirements Education: Professional degree in technology, management or related field. (Not mandatory) Certification: PSM I or CSM (required).
