Official job site: Get on Board. ### **Responsibilities** * Implement the SST 2026 Plan with an operational and on-site focus. * Identify and assess risks in facilities and processes. * Implement, monitor, and close preventive measures. * Conduct safety training for various organizational levels. * Support TMERT assessments and psychosocial risk evaluations, ensuring proper safety management. * Monitor compliance with Law 16\.744 and manage Mutual documentation and platform. * Manage PPE, incidents, and support accident investigations. * Collaborate with supervisors and on-site teams to foster a safety culture. ### **Description** We seek a Risk Prevention Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to implement the SST 2026 Plan and work practically on-site. Requirements: degree in Risk Prevention Engineering and active registration with SUSESO (SNS). Initial experience in risk and occupational safety management, teamwork ability, proactivity, and execution orientation will be valued. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong communication skills with teams and supervisors, and demonstrate high readiness to operate on-site. ### **Desirable Qualifications** Also considered valuable: knowledge of TMERT, psychosocial risk assessment, experience in regulated industries, and proficiency with safety management tools. Effective communication skills, training delivery capabilities, and continuous improvement orientation are essential.
