Job Summary: We are seeking a methodical and experienced B2C Operations Manager to ensure operational excellence and standardization across Cervecería Kross’s company-owned locations and franchises. That’s why we’re seeking a versatile, methodical, and street-smart (and office-savvy!) B2C Operations Manager to join our B2C Business Management team. Your mission will be to become the guardian of field execution—ensuring operational continuity, controlling costs and shrinkage, and guaranteeing that both our company-owned locations and franchises operate at the highest level of efficiency. What will be your key challenges? • Productivity control: Monitor staff schedules and correct deviations in real time. • Process standardization: Audit kitchens, bars, and dining areas to maintain the quality that defines us. • Infrastructure care: Ensure locations and our critical systems (especially refrigeration and keg systems!) are always operating at 100%. • Franchise liaison: Provide technical support and conduct audits so all stakeholders row in the same direction. What are we looking for in you? \* Professionals with backgrounds in administration, gastronomy, or engineering. \* Minimum 5 years of operations experience, including at least 3 years leading teams in chain gastronomy, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods. \* Expert-level command of operational costs (Food & Drink Cost, P&L, inventory) and advanced Excel. \* Technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, preventive maintenance, and labor legislation applicable to the industry.
