Job Summary: We are seeking a Semi-Senior Support Engineer with a focus on IT Operational Continuity to coordinate and execute regional Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP). Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative and challenging environment. **About the Role** ---------------- We are looking for a **Semi-Senior Support Engineer** specializing in **IT Operational Continuity**, responsible for coordinating and executing regional Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) to ensure the availability and resilience of critical business services. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Coordinate and execute **DRP** plans in Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico. * Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams (infrastructure, DBA, networks, applications, cloud). * Plan and oversee continuity testing to ensure compliance with **RTO/RPO**. * Lead coordination efforts during critical situations and incidents. * Manage incidents related to operational continuity. * Prepare executive reports, metrics, and management briefings. * Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. * Document processes and support DRP standardization/automation. **️ Mandatory Requirements** ----------------------------- * Experience in **IT Operational Continuity** or similar roles. * Knowledge of and experience implementing **Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP)**. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams. * Proficiency in environments with multiple technologies (infrastructure, databases, middleware, applications). * Experience managing incidents and critical scenarios. * Familiarity with **regulatory frameworks and audits (ISO 22301 or financial regulations)**. * Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors. * Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. **Expected Profile** ------------------- * Strong process orientation and commitment to compliance. * Ability to lead under high-pressure conditions. * Analytical thinking and risk management focus. * Ability to interact effectively with both technical and business units. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Flexible hybrid work model (to be coordinated with the team) * Involvement in critical operations with regional impact * Collaborative and challenging environment
