Design and implementation of customer management strategies (NPS tracking). * Knowledge in people management. * Knowledge of languages and life cycles of technology services. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Education:** University degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Experience:** 5 or more years of experience leading software development projects, managing technical teams, and ensuring successful deliveries.
