At Banco Falabella, we are seeking an AI Specialist to become a key member of our AI practice, actively participating across the entire lifecycle of use cases—from ideation through to production—always emphasizing scalability, ethics, governance, and business value generation. What will be your challenge? You will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating Artificial Intelligence solutions, working closely with AI Tech Leads, Product Owners, and data teams. Thus transforming business requirements into viable and robust technical solutions. Your role will be critical in ensuring AI is implemented to high technical, regulatory, and quality standards. What will you do daily? * Translate business opportunities into viable and scalable AI use cases. * Design, train, test, and evaluate predictive models and Generative AI solutions. * Prototype and develop solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, and LLM agents. * Implement technical evaluations, benchmarks, and model quality metrics. * Collaborate on AI governance, ethics, and risk management processes (bias, explainability, compliance). * Work cross-functionally with business, data, compliance, and technology teams to ensure real-world impact. What are we looking for in you? * Minimum 2 years of experience developing AI-based solutions. * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Practical experience in data and AI product development. * Proficiency in Python and version control (Git) (mandatory). * Hands-on experience working with Artificial Intelligence (mandatory). * Knowledge of predictive models, Generative AI, and foundational models. * Experience with RAG, LLM evaluation, agents, APIs, and modern architectures. Cloud platform experience (GCP and/or Azure) and familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD practices.
