If you are in your final years of university studies, we invite you to take part in the 7th edition of the ACCIONA Chile ACADEMY program. At ACCIONA, we offer you the opportunity to gain your first professional experience through the ACADEMY Program. During this program, you will engage in a unique journey involving challenges and group projects that will allow you to deeply understand a company committed to sustainable development, while enhancing your professional skills and competencies. WHAT DOES THE ACCIONA ACADEMY PROGRAM INVOLVE? It is an intensive training program where you will get to know our company, work on practical case studies, share experiences with other students, attend skill-building workshops, network with various ACCIONA professionals, collaborate in teams on different challenges, and solve a real company case. The program will last two weeks, from January 12 to January 23, 2026, held in the mornings, and will be conducted in person at our office located in Las Condes, Santiago de Chile. Candidate Requirements WHAT PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACCIONA ACADEMY PROGRAM? If you are currently in your penultimate or final year of undergraduate studies, or have recently graduated from a professional degree such as Industrial Engineering, Law, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, Construction, or a related field, have a strong academic record, and possess intermediate English proficiency, the ACADEMY program is for you.
