We are seeking a professional with the appropriate experience for the position of **Technology Field Service Engineer III** **Key responsibilities of this position:** * Prepare customer visit and service reports promptly. * Collaborate closely with the respective business unit, providing technical support as required. * Supervise and control the execution of work within your area of expertise, investigating, correcting, and implementing appropriate improvements—including supervision of services performed by our subcontractors. * Maintain good relationships with customers. * Develop and maintain an up-to-date database containing information on installed equipment, parts supplied by Valmet in the Chilean market, and documented records of all service activities performed. * Maintain assigned equipment and tools in good condition, optimizing their use and safeguarding resources entrusted to you. * Ensure adequate availability of spare parts, tools, and qualified personnel for service execution, and guarantee that all work complies with the company’s, customers’ and local HSE guidelines and regulations. **Requirements necessary to perform these activities:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * 2–4 years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced spoken and written English. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience in customer service. * Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
