Job Overview Eworld Machinery Tech SpA is seeking an experienced and vision\-driven **Systems Architecture Lead** (Líder de Arquitectura de Sistemas) to direct the technical design, evolution, and integration of our enterprise software, industrial IoT systems, and machinery management platforms. In this leadership role, you will define overall system architecture standards, guide engineering teams through complex software designs, and ensure all systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with core business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Define end\-to\-end technical architecture, system blueprints, and design patterns for complex enterprise systems, industrial automation platforms, and cloud environments. * Lead and mentor engineering and software development teams, setting high technical standards, conducting code/design reviews, and enforcing architectural guidelines. * Evaluate, select, and integrate modern frameworks, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and databases into the organizational stack. * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Hardware Engineers, and Executive Leadership to align IT strategy with corporate expansion and technical roadmaps. * Ensure optimal system performance, high availability, data governance, and robust cybersecurity across all integrated hardware and software solutions. * Manage technology debt, establish disaster recovery/business continuity frameworks, and drive technical modernization initiatives. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * 6\+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2\+ years in a Systems Architect, Lead Architect, or Technical Lead capacity. * Proven track record of designing distributed systems, microservice architectures, and enterprise cloud solutions. * Strong background in systems integration (APIs, REST, gRPC, MQTT for industrial IoT) and database design (SQL/NoSQL). * Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps continuous integration practices. * Excellent leadership, technical documentation, and cross\-departmental communication skills. * Professional fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required.
