The primary objective of this position is to manage and develop technical activities in the fields of electricity, telecommunications, industrial automation, and control, participating in the design, construction, administration, and operation of systems, applying international standards and emerging technologies that meet customer requirements and business objectives. 1.- Main Responsibilities a) Design and implement automation, industrial control, and communications projects. b) Administer and monitor technological control networks and systems. c) Execute maintenance plans for instrumentation and associated systems. d) Perform technical and documentation management: RFCs, reports, diagrams, and records. e) Assess the technical and economic feasibility of automated system integration. f) Manage inventories, spare parts, warranties, and technical documentation. g) Collaborate in internal and external audits. h) Comply with customer and company safety standards and regulations. i) Maintain up-to-date documentation and report daily activities or shift changes. 2.- Job Requirements a) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Automation and Industrial Control, or related field (degree holder). b) 3 years of experience in similar positions within industrial or mining projects. c) Control systems, instrumentation, and industrial networks. d) Industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, or others). e) Design and interpretation of electrical and control diagrams. f) Maintenance management and administration of technological systems. g) Class B driver’s license (desirable). h) Health condition compatible with working at high geographical altitudes. 3.- Job Conditions: a) Workplace: As assigned per project. b) Working hours: Full-time. c) Salary: Market-competitive, commensurate with candidate’s experience. d) Corporate benefits and professional development opportunities.
