




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to strengthen and scale our rooftop solar (C&I) solutions division, with a focus on design, execution, and business growth. Key Highlights: 1. Development of new business opportunities A Chilean company specializing in renewable energy, located in the Metropolitan Region (RM), is seeking an Electrical Engineer to strengthen and scale its rooftop solar (C&I) solutions division, with a focus on design, execution, and business growth. Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in designing, quoting, and executing rooftop solar (C&I) projects. - Experience in installation, commissioning, or maintenance of photovoltaic systems. - Preferred experience or knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). - Desirable experience with EPC companies, solar integrators, or developers in this sector. Responsibilities: - Technical design of rooftop solar (C&I) projects, including sizing, layout, and equipment selection. - Preparation of technical-economic proposals and quotations for clients. - Technical and economic feasibility assessment of projects. - Support for the division’s commercial strategy—from opportunity identification to proposal presentation. - End-to-end project management: from sales through execution and commissioning. - Coordination with suppliers, installers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. - On-site construction supervision and quality assurance. - Development and structuring of BESS solutions for industrial/commercial clients. - Identification and development of new business opportunities within the C&I segment. - Relationship management with existing and prospective clients to build trust and generate new sales. - Continuous optimization of costs, design, and installation processes. - Support for standardization and scaling of the rooftop solar division. - Post-sales follow-up and project maintenance. - Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies, regulations, and market trends. Skills: - Solid technical knowledge of photovoltaic systems (design, inverters, protection devices, regulations). - Proficiency with tools such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel (Power BI preferred). - Ability to structure budgets and technical-economic proposals, obtaining quotes from various suppliers for all required components. - Knowledge of current electrical regulations (SEC, grid connection, net billing/net billing PMGD where applicable). - Project management capability (planning, execution, monitoring). - Professional network in the industry (suppliers, installers, clients). - Proactive, autonomous, results-oriented profile. - Commercial skills to identify opportunities and close projects. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering - Over 2 years of relevant experience - Functional English for meetings, coordination, and technical review - Class B driver’s license Conditions: - Employment under Article 22, thus no time clock required.
