Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion Mindco, a specialist consulting firm in asset management for large-scale industries, is seeking Senior Hydraulic Engineers to join a major mining sector project related to integrity and risk management of water infrastructure and tailings facilities at Codelco. For this role, experience in technical assessment of water infrastructure, critical fluid transport systems, tailings, condition analysis, risk management, asset lifecycle, integrity plans, and technical recommendations for mining operational continuity will be valued. Key Responsibilities: Identify and analyze findings related to water infrastructure and tailings facilities, including fluid transport, conveyance, pumping, discharge, and containment systems for critical fluids. Technically validate preventive, mitigative, and corrective controls associated with hydraulic, operational, and asset integrity risks. Support the definition, review, and updating of hydraulic integrity plans, master plans, and maintenance strategies, ensuring alignment with SOMA, applicable regulations, and corporate models. Participate in expert boards, technical committees, site visits, and prioritization processes, providing technical recommendations for risk mitigation, asset intervention, and decision-making. Requirements: Civil Hydraulic Engineer, Civil Construction Engineer, Mechanical Civil Engineer, or related degree. More than 15 years of professional experience. Proven experience in integrity management of hydraulic infrastructure, including work with integrity plans, master plans, risk and condition assessments. Knowledge of critical fluid transport systems (e.g., water, tailings, solutions, concentrates, among others). Experience in risk analysis and asset lifecycle management. Strong knowledge of SOMA, SAP PM, and SAP MM. Availability for hybrid work mode, meetings in Santiago, and site visits to Codelco divisions as required by the service.
