Main Responsibilities: Comprehensive writing and development of the book. Research and collection of biographical and business-related information. Conducting interviews with key individuals. Building narrative and storytelling. Editing, proofreading, and adapting content. Coordinating structure, chapters, and literary proposal. Supporting the book’s communication and strategic positioning. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Literature, Writing, Editing, or related field. Excellent writing and spelling skills. Experience in narrative, biographical, or ghostwriting. Ability to transform real-life experiences into compelling narratives. Desirable experience in publications, publishing houses, or literary projects. High level of confidentiality and professional judgment. We are looking for someone who is: Creative and narratively sensitive. Able to listen and translate ideas into powerful stories. Proactive, organized, and autonomous. Interested in business, leadership, and personal branding. Work Modality: On-site / Hybrid (subject to availability). Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (42 hours per week).
