Initial hiring will be as a Technical Assistant, including training and internal career progression opportunities. Main Responsibilities: Support field-based fumigation and pest control services. Assist technicians during the learning process. Perform assigned tasks according to schedule via mobile application. Comply with established safety protocols. Record and close completed service reports. Training Process: Initial training course (duration: 4 days). On-site practical training alongside technicians (approx. 1 month). Opportunity for promotion to Technician position, subject to performance. Requirements: Availability to work on-site. Flexible working hours (shifts in the afternoon/night, up to approx. 00:00 hrs). Own smartphone for mobile application use. No phobias (e.g., insects, confined or dark spaces). Willingness to perform work across various types of facilities.
