Your primary mission will be to respond to requests, diagnose failures, and ensure the proper functioning of IT equipment, meeting established service level agreements (SLAs). Main Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and provide support for printers and computer equipment. - Diagnose errors and manage solutions within established timeframes (SLA). - Manage equipment warranties where applicable. - Train users on the proper use of printers and technological tools. - Other related duties. Job Requirements: - Technical education in computing or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or microcomputing. - Knowledge of printer installation and configuration. - Knowledge of user support and associated technologies. Job Conditions: - Location: San Juan de Dios Hospital. - Work schedule: 43 hours per week. - Net salary: $650,000. - Work modality: On-site.
