Manage social media platforms for job postings A prominent consulting firm specializing in recruitment and selection analysis is currently seeking a Human Resources intern to join the team and acquire practical experience in Recruitment and Selection. What will you do? • Post job vacancies on various available channels according to assigned requirements (Low-Medium Profitability). • Maintain contact with universities and institutes regarding job openings. • Update the company website’s job portal—and any other portals used—on a daily basis. • Prepare job description documents when required, for client approval following commercial department review. • Update and store CV databases on the server. • Perform resume screening using the company’s internal database. • Coordinate and conduct individual and/or group interviews to identify potential candidates (Remote). • Manage the company’s social media accounts for job-related postings, including LinkedIn and other portals. • Coordinate psychological assessments when required, via Outlook. What do you need to apply? - Higher Technical Diploma in Human Resources Administration or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Administration Engineering. Benefits: Internship allowance.
