




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide commercial and operational support, delivering agile and efficient service to internal and external customers. Participation in key commercial and operational processes A company dedicated to the distribution and marketing of medical supplies is looking for a Customer Service Executive to assume a key role in the company's commercial and operational support. Objective: Provide support and service to internal and external customers, delivering agile, efficient, and high-quality service, ensuring proper handling of commercial requests, administrative support, and coordination of processes related to sales, shipments, and technical service. Responsibilities - Enter and manage purchase orders. - Coordinate and track pending shipments. - Manage and update customer information in the SAP system. - Send quotations and commercial information to customers. - Handle and follow up on inquiries, complaints, and requests. - Provide telephone support and assist with commercial requirements. - Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and technical service. - Support collections management and track outstanding invoices. - Manage documentation and administrative filing. - Monitor important shipments and resolve incidents. - Provide general administrative support as required by the department. Requirements: - Technical or higher education in commercial fields or related disciplines. - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or commercial support roles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - SAP knowledge is desirable. - Experience in customer service and administrative coordination. - Strong organizational skills and ability to monitor processes.
