Job Summary: A leading company is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to ensure the protection of technological infrastructure, systems, and data through the design, implementation, and monitoring of security solutions. Job Objective: To ensure the protection of the organization’s technological infrastructure, information systems, and data—including those of customers and suppliers—through the design, implementation, and monitoring of security policies, controls, and solutions, in compliance with applicable legal regulations and established security standards. Responsibilities: Design and implement security architectures for networks, systems, and applications. Administer and maintain security tools such as firewalls and intrusion detection and prevention systems. Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents. Assess vulnerabilities through penetration testing (pentesting) and periodic security scanning. Participate in defining and updating information security policies, procedures, and standards. Train and raise awareness among users regarding good security practices. Collaborate in internal and external security audits. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations such as ISO 27001. Prepare technical and executive reports on the organization’s security posture. Manage and oversee third-party cybersecurity service providers. Working Conditions: Contract: 3 Months, then Permanent. Work Modality: On-site / Remote (1 day per week remote). Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. Requirements: Academic Qualification: Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, or related field.
