Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and reliable Personal and Household Assistant to support the CEO with domestic tasks, daily and personal organization, with an emphasis on healthy habits and travel. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support to the CEO in domestic tasks and personal/professional organization. 2. Focus on healthy eating habits and an active lifestyle. 3. Coordination and anticipation of daily needs, including travel. At Holding Grupo Firma, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy individual to serve as the CEO’s Personal and Household Assistant, providing support in both domestic tasks and daily and personal organization. Main Responsibilities: Organization of spaces and support in general domestic tasks. Daily meal preparation, considering healthy eating habits and physical/sports goals. Maintaining general household order and cleanliness. Laundry, ironing, and clothing organization. Support in organizing personal and professional schedules. Grocery shopping and supply management. Preparing bags and necessary items for daily activities, gym sessions, meetings, and travel. Taking notes, reminders, and tracking requests. Coordinating and anticipating daily needs. Transportation and logistical support between branches and during travel. Accompanying and supporting national and international travel when required. Requirements: Valid Class B driver's license. Ideally, own vehicle. Availability for frequent inter-regional travel, primarily between Talca and Santiago. Previous experience in similar roles or personal assistance. Preferably, affinity with sports, an active lifestyle, and healthy habits. Availability and flexibility. Conditions: On-site position. Exempt position under Article 22. High coordination among personal, domestic, and professional activities.
