The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring appropriate customer service and effective internal process management. Main Responsibilities Reception and handling of telephone calls. Direct customer service. Registration and tracking of technical services and work orders. Issuance of billing documents (invoices, receipts, credit notes). Coordination of equipment dispatches and pickups. Support in basic accounting records. Collections management and customer payment follow-up. Payment registration and control. General support to the company's administration department.
