Job Summary: We are seeking a Video Conferencing Technician to provide specialized support, configuration, maintenance, and incident response for meeting rooms. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of on-site visits to multiple locations AVOS Tech, a company with over 30 years of experience in the Latin American market for operational and technological services, is currently seeking a professional to fill the position of **Video Conferencing Technician**. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience working with videoconferencing systems. * Availability to travel within Santiago (personal vehicle required). **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** * Experience in supporting and operating meeting rooms with "Polycom" * Configuration of videoconferencing equipment. * Field-based technical support experience. * Customer service experience. **Desirable Technical Knowledge:** * Basic networking (connectivity, troubleshooting). **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspection, configuration, and commissioning of meeting rooms equipped with videoconferencing systems. * Specialized technical support for Polycom equipment and associated solutions. * Daily monitoring and tracking of meeting room status. * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * On-site handling of requests and incidents. * Coordination and visits to: 6 retail stores, 3 distribution centers, and 1 administrative office. * Preparation of basic status and management reports. **Details:** * Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract. * Work Modality: On-site (with personal transportation – reimbursable). * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:45–18:14 hrs \- Friday, 08:45–17:45 hrs **Benefits:** * Complementary Health and Dental Insurance * Oncological Insurance (FALP) * Influenza Vaccination (April) * Birthday Gift * Year-end Bonuses (September and December)
