Key Responsibilities * Perform corrective maintenance on industrial equipment across multiple sites, ensuring operational readiness and minimizing downtime. * Conduct preventive maintenance on major and minor equipment according to established schedules. * Fabricate and repair leaching columns for hydrometallurgical processes. * Construct and repair metal structures, complying with safety and quality standards. * Document each intervention via technical reports in the maintenance management system (FRACTTAL), ensuring full traceability of activities. * Diagnose failures and propose technical solutions to improve maintenance efficiency. * Coordinate with internal clients to gather requirements and respond promptly to operational needs. * Provide technical recommendations aimed at optimizing equipment usage and performance. * Ensure equipment reliability, maintainability, and availability within the area. **Requirements** * Technical or Engineering qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or similar roles. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance and mechanical systems. * Physical fitness suitable for site-based work. * Willingness to work in the Atacama and Coquimbo Regions. * Willingness to travel as required by the position. **Additional Information** We offer * Professional Development Plan * Birth and Christmas gifts for employees' children * Life insurance from the date of joining the organization * Special leave entitlements * Benefits through Caja Los Andes and associated agreements * Ongoing training
