




**Maclean Group**, a leading company in comprehensive services, is seeking a **Technical Assistance Manager** to work for a **client**, under the **Temporary Services (ST)** modality. **Job Objective** Manage and control the client’s after-sales activities, ensuring compliance with repair timeframes, service quality standards, and cost control, while efficiently coordinating with suppliers and internal departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage purchase orders in accordance with current agreements with suppliers. * Monitor repair timelines and adherence to established schedules. * Issue technical reports related to repairs, surcharges, and warranties. * Evaluate and strengthen the supplier network, ensuring service quality and associated costs. * Maintain ongoing communication with internal departments to ensure service quality. * Analyze root causes of failures and propose preventive action plans. * Track and analyze after-sales performance indicators. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in automotive mechanics or related field. * **2 to 3 years** of experience in similar positions. * Technical knowledge in automotive mechanics. * Intermediate-level Office software skills. * Experience in supplier management and cost control. **Conditions** * **Work Location:** Huechuraba, Corporate Office * **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17.00 hrs. or from 09:00 to 18.00 hrs. * **Work Modality:** On-site * **Contract Type:** Temporary Services (ST)
