Today, we are supporting Dimerc, a Chilean company dedicated to the **distribution and supply of office supplies, computing, security, cleaning, and cafeteria products** for companies of all sizes in Chile and Peru, which is currently seeking a **Replenishment Supervisor for its branch in Lampa, sector La Estera.** **Job Objective:** Ensure the proper execution of product replenishment by directly managing their team so that the replenishment level allows for continuous production line supply, aiming to reduce stockouts at each position. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise staff arrival and departure times * Supervise handling of company items * Supervise completion of area tasks (Labeling, General Replenishment, etc.) * Supervise and monitor personnel's use of PPE * Inter-department communication **Job Requirements:** * Higher Technical Degree in Logistics or related field * Minimum of 1 year in a similar role * Advanced Office software skills * Knowledge of supply chain * Logistics, specifically in warehousing and inventory * People management skills **Work Schedule:** * Monday - Thursday 09:00-18:45, Friday 09:00-17:45. 45 minutes for lunch break.
