Supervise the execution of maintenance tasks, ensure scheduling, productivity and safety of the technical team, and guarantee fleet availability and reliability. Key responsibilities: \- Receive buses in workshop and diagnose faults. \- Assign technicians and validate work orders (OT). \- Supervise internal and external work and validate its proper execution. \- Release buses to operation via system. \- Manage budget control, attendance and overtime of personnel. \- Achieve operational goals in availability and technical indicators. Requirements: \- Intermediate technical level in mechanics, heavy machinery, electricity or equivalent training. \- At least 3 years of experience in heavy machinery or fleet maintenance, and supervision of technical teams. \- Intermediate Office skills. \- Class B driver's license (desirable). \- Training in electromobility (desirable). Working conditions: \- 44-hour weekly working schedule. \- Rotating shifts morning, afternoon and night (5x2 or 6x1\). morning and night \- Mixed work: office and field. \- Monthly net salary: $1\.000\.000\.
