Senior Maintenance Technician At Grupo Premier Chile — the team behind Little Caesars and Krispy Kreme — we are looking to hire a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our Operations team, with the challenge of ensuring operational continuity across our stores and offices through timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. ✨ Who Are We Looking For? Your Impact in This Role You will play a key role in ensuring the proper functioning of our stores, sales points, and offices. Your work will keep our equipment and infrastructure operational, delivering timely technical solutions that directly contribute to the experience of our customers and employees. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** Executing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and infrastructure, responding to requests via the ticketing system. Diagnosing and resolving technical failures, prioritizing requests based on urgency level. Planning work routes to optimize response times and service delivery. Recording and tracking maintenance activities using ERP systems and management indicators (KPIs). Supporting relocation and installation of machinery and equipment across stores, offices, and warehouses. Coordinating promptly with external vendors and third-party companies when specialized support is required. Ensuring proper operation of equipment, contributing to safe and efficient operations. Technical higher education degree in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, HVAC, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial equipment, retail, or technical service maintenance. Experience with production machinery, geared motors, and electrical systems. Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory requirement). Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. Availability to work under Article 22 labor modality and perform one night shift per month.
