Recognized globally as the benchmark for quality and integrity, we employ over 93,000 people and operate a network of more than 2,600 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** Position Objective: * Provide expert technical validation for water and tailings infrastructure to support infrastructure risk management, enabling decision-making through technical analysis, integrity-based judgment, and lifecycle-oriented approaches for associated systems. Main Responsibilities:* Identify and analyze findings related to water and tailings infrastructure, including fluid transport, conveyance, pumping, discharge, and containment systems. * Technically validate preventive, mitigative, and corrective controls associated with infrastructure risks (hydraulic, operational, and integrity-related). * Support the definition, review, and updating of hydraulic integrity plans and master integrity plans, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations, corporate standards, and SOMA. * Assess condition, failure modes, and criticality of hydraulic and tailings systems, supporting performance and asset lifespan estimations. * Participate in and prepare technical documentation for expert boards, technical committees, and prioritization processes. * Issue technical recommendations for risk mitigation, intervention prioritization, and maintenance and integrity strategy definition. * Deliver expert on-site technical advisory services when required.
