We are looking for students majoring in Engineering, Human Resources Technician, or Occupational Psychology to support our Recruitment and Selection processes during peak season—gaining experience in a dynamic environment and building key competencies for your professional future. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in posting and promoting job openings. * Conduct resume screening and preliminary candidate selection. * Contact candidates and coordinate interviews. * Support interviews and selection assessments. * Monitor recruitment processes. * Maintain up-to-date candidate information in our systems. * Assist with other People Management–related tasks. **Who Are We Looking For?** Students currently seeking their Professional Internship in one of the following fields: * Human Resources Technician. * Human Resources Engineering. * Psychology, with an occupational/organizational focus. **Internship Location:** Hybrid schedule. Office: Santiago, Metropolitan Region. * **We Offer:** Professional Internship stipend, lunch, and laptop. * ***Duration:*** *Approx.
