




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with technical and commercial experience in the electrical sector to join our commercial team and other departments, developing technical-commercial proposals for special projects. Opportunities for professional learning and development At **Fuerza Laboral**, we are looking for a professional with technical and commercial experience in the electrical sector to join one of our key clients. **What will be your purpose?** To serve as a strategic bridge between the commercial department and various company departments, developing technical-commercial proposals for special projects, ensuring competitive, technically viable solutions aligned with customer needs. **Main Responsibilities:** Proposal and Quotation Management * Study and evaluate technical information to generate value propositions. * Develop commercial proposals using cost estimation spreadsheets and internal company software. * Keep the Salesforce project and quotation database up to date. * Create special product references. * Manage and track purchase orders. Training Development * Conduct in-person training sessions for designers, installers, end customers, clients, and students. * Deliver technical knowledge on spatial solutions as a commercial strategy. * Develop training support materials, including presentations jointly prepared with Training and Marketing teams. International Supplier Coordination * Coordinate and resolve technical issues related to the company’s special products. * Manage quotations with international suppliers. * Provide technical and commercial information to internal teams regarding submitted proposals and quotations. Cost Optimization * Identify opportunities to reduce costs for special products without compromising quality. * Evaluate business margins to support sales closure. * Negotiate with integrators to optimize labor-related costs. * Analyze comprehensive project proposals involving multiple technical solutions, such as hospitals or highly complex construction projects.
