Mission: Ensure that projects in the development phase meet the necessary technical, documentary, and territorial conditions to be financially viable and executable. #LI-MR1 Responsibilities: * Responsible for maintaining the technical and documentary flow required to advance pre-investment studies, funding applications, and delivery of information to internal teams and financiers. * Prepare, review, and update documentation for applications and presentations to public funds (SUBDERE, GORE, AGCID), municipal agreements, and funding agencies. * Collect, organize, and validate quotations, budgets, and administrative supporting documents, ensuring traceability and compliance with project terms. * Plan and coordinate site visits, community meetings, work tours, and participation of suppliers and consultants in project areas. * Manage travel logistics comprehensively: vehicle rentals, airfare, accommodation, fuel, per diems, and general expenses. * Support meetings with municipalities, GOREs, community organizations (neighborhood associations, APRs, water committees), local leaders, and other key territorial stakeholders. * Support the design and implementation of outreach activities, participatory workshops, and project communications targeting communities. * Consolidate and systematize physical and financial progress reports for project activities. * Monitor compliance with contractual, operational, and funding deadlines, proactively alerting the Project Manager to any deviations. * Generate inputs for technical reports required by public and private financiers, as well as for internal management reviews. **Candidate Requirements** **Education / Qualifications:** Professional graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Construction, Natural Resources Engineering, or related disciplines, with demonstrable entry-level experience. **Additional Training:** Motivation for community and social work, knowledge of resource administration, prior experience working with public entities such as SUBDERE, GORE, AGCID, familiarity with municipal agreements and funding agencies, high operational autonomy, and ability to manage multiple concurrent fronts (technical, documentary, logistical, and relational) in rural contexts and territories with active community presence. **Languages / Proficiency Level:** Not required **Years of Experience Required:** 1–3 years **Required Areas of Experience:** Project and administration management, customer service, and database management. **Driver’s License:** Class B *ACCIONA has received the Top Employer certification in Chile for 2023, 2024, and 2025, recognizing the Company as one of the best employers.
