Responsibilities: * Possess technical, analytical, and planning skills for writing specialized documentation within the scrum framework. * Ensure proper interpretation of existing documentation and translate it into specialized writing. * Maintain appropriate prioritization of requirements developed and identified during the analysis process. * Ensure accurate writing of acceptance criteria and definition of done. * Ensure accurate writing of epics and user stories. * Have a specialized team acting as technical advisors to the Subsecretariat's technical counterpart when dealing with state supplier companies. * Comply with the standards and guidelines specified by the framework to be implemented. 5\. Requirements: * Degree: Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields in Science and Engineering, Economic and Administrative Sciences. * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) * Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) * Scrum Product Owner Professional Certification (SPOPC) * Minimum of 5 technology projects with experience in product owner roles within scrum teams during the last 5 years, counted from the closing date of offer submission.
